These Terms & Conditions govern the moving, packing, and loading/unloading services provided by Salman Movers & Packers ("we", "us", "our") in Saudi Arabia. By requesting a quote, booking a move, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

We provide home shifting, office shifting, and loading & unloading services, including packing material, wrapping, careful handling, transport, and unloading at your new location, as agreed with you before the move.

Quotes are based on the details you provide, including distance, number of rooms or items, floor/lift access, and whether packing material is needed. Prices shared before an in-person or photo/video assessment are estimates; we will confirm a final price with you before the move begins. We do not add hidden charges beyond what has been agreed.

A booking may require a small advance to secure your preferred date, with the remaining balance due on the day of the move unless otherwise agreed in writing (including via WhatsApp). Accepted payment methods will be confirmed with you at the time of booking.

You may cancel or reschedule your move by contacting us as early as possible. Requests made with little notice before the scheduled move may affect the availability of your booking advance, which we will discuss with you directly.

As the customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate details about the items, distance, and access at both locations
• Ensure clear access to entrances, lifts, parking, and stairways where possible
• Point out fragile, high-value, or hazardous items before loading begins
• Be present, or have someone authorized, to receive the delivery at the new location

Our team handles your belongings with care, using proper equipment and packing material. If an item is damaged due to our team's handling, tell us as soon as possible so we can review the claim and make it right, in line with the fair-price promise on our website. Our liability does not extend to damage caused by improper prior packing not done by us, pre-existing damage, or normal wear and tear.

We do not transport hazardous, flammable, illegal, or perishable items. Cash, jewelry, and other high-value or irreplaceable items should travel with you rather than in the moving vehicle; we are not responsible for such items if included without prior written agreement.

Occasionally, moves may be affected by traffic, weather, building access restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will keep you informed and do our best to minimize any delay.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a move is limited to the fair repair or replacement value of the specific item affected, and does not extend to indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
